Returns

Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, this is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days after receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return, the order must meet the following conditions:

  1. The order must contain all original parts, components, and packaging exactly as received.

  2. The product must show normal handling. Damage caused by careless use is excluded.

  3. Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

  4. The product must be reported defective immediately after receipt.

  5. We reserve the right to charge return shipping costs to the customer.

  6. Returns are processed within 7 business days after receipt. If the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged.


How Do I Return My Order?

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps to start the return process.

Your email must include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return request

  • Photo of the product in case of damage or defect

  • Customer first and last name

  • Customer address

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the correct return address.

⚠️ Important:
Do not send the return to the sender's address. The correct return address will be provided after your request has been approved.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.


Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision if the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or professional activity.


Cancellation Conditions

Right of Cancellation

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) has received the final goods.

Because we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after they are placed.

For this reason, we are unable to interrupt the shipping process once the order has been processed, and cancellation is no longer possible once the order has been shipped.


Shipments Already in Transit

Since our goods are shipped internationally, shipping times may be longer and are outside our direct control.

If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us.

However, you may inform us in advance about your intention to cancel.

To ensure the fastest return processing, we kindly ask you to provide a shipping confirmation or tracking numberafter sending the return.


Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you excluding shipping costs, unless you selected a delivery method other than the cheapest standard shipping offered by us.

Refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
