Article 1 – Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Consumer: a natural person acting for personal purposes and not for business or commercial activities.
Company / Seller: Olivia & Sandra Boutique, offering products and/or services through online sales.
Day: calendar day.
Distance Contract / Online Agreement: an agreement concluded between the Seller and the Consumer through an online system for the sale of products and/or services, without the parties being physically present in the same location.
Durable Medium: any method that allows the Consumer or Seller to store information addressed personally to them in a way that allows future access and unchanged reproduction.
Right of Withdrawal / Return Period: the period within which the Consumer may return a product in accordance with the Seller’s return policy.

Article 3 – Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by the Seller and to every agreement concluded between the Seller and the Consumer through the Seller’s website or other online platforms.
By placing an order through the website, the Consumer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Any issues not covered by these Terms will be interpreted in accordance with the spirit and intent of these Terms.
Article 4 – The Offer
All offers made by the Seller are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided as accurately as possible. However, minor variations may occur, including differences in color due to screen settings.
Obvious errors or mistakes in pricing or product descriptions are not binding on the Seller.

Article 5 – Formation of the Agreement

Article 6 – Return Policy
Unless otherwise stated, Consumers may return products within 30 days of receiving the product.
Returned items must:

The Consumer is responsible for providing proof of shipment for returned items.
If the Consumer fails to notify the Seller within the return period, the purchase will be considered final.
Article 7 – Return Costs and Refunds
Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, the Consumer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the Seller has received the returned product or proof of return shipment.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase where possible.
Article 8 – Non-Returnable Products
The right of return does not apply to:

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss passes to the Consumer once the product has been delivered to the shipping carrier.
Article 12 – Payment
Payment must be made through the payment methods offered on the website.
The Consumer is responsible for providing accurate billing information.
If payment cannot be processed, the order may be canceled.
